As a German, I have eaten at many different restaurants throughout the United States that claim they are "German." I must be honest and say that I gave up looking for authentic German cuisine because I believed no one in the United States could copy the true, authentic flavor of German food. I WAS WRONG!!! This restaurant serves the MOST authentic schnitzel I have EVER eaten on U.S. soil. While eating this delicious food, I could easily close my eyes and pretend I was back in Germany again. The decor of the retaurant was also very reminiscent of what most German family restaurants look like, too. A wonderful, and highly recommended experience!
