Horrible service and attendant acting like the manager when i called in because the order was very poorly prepared and asked to talk to the manager. I wasted my time and money. Attendant acted upset when taking my order. Dont waste your money,which someone would have told me how nasty is their food. Waiting area is very dirty grease on the wall and even a hair at the ordering counter.

Dont go to this harolds their service is beyond poor, they dont give you the order correct,the chicken breast order is size of a thigh they give you half of your fries and when i called to talk to the manager they're never available. Now i see why you where closed and you should be closed for good. Terrible service !!! Differently will not recommend nor ever go back !!! I give it a zero rating !!!

Customer service is starting to lack at this location. Cashier's answer the phone with no enthusiasm more like you're bothering them, I was placed on hold multiple times. Nasty, nasty attitudes. I will not go back after today. ( entire family will be informed)
