My sister came here today with my grandmother and I to help her look for a Wedding Dress. The girl who was at the front desk was very friendly when we walked it and my sister told her we were looking for a wedding dress and just wanted to look around. We asked her what dresses were on sale and she proceeded to tell us the ones on the back wall and never said anything else. So we started looking through the dresses. So about 5 min later the manager of the store comes up to us very rudely and says, excuse me but you need to make an appointment you can not look at any of these dresses here. She had a very bad attitude and was very ignorant. So my sister went up to the front desk to tell the girl what she had said and the girl says ok, well let me see if maybe the manager can help you try them on if she will be available. However at that point we didnt even want her to help us even if she could but of course the girl came back out and said that she said no anyway to make an appointment. I cant even believe this lady was the manager she was very rude and had very bad customer service skills. I myself will be getting married next year as well as alot of my nursing colleges and after that I will never come back here. It felt very unwelcoming. We then proceeded to go across the street to buy my sisters dress where they were very welcoming and treated us the way you should be treated. I will never recommend to anyone going to the Davids Bridal in Oak Lawn on 95th street
