MY FAVORITE HAIR DRESSER IS A SWEET VIETNAMESE LADY NAMED VAN, SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL & CUT MY HAIR JUST RIGHT. IT WAS ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO GET A SHAMPOO & SCALP MASSAGE FROM HER. Excellent service, excellent cut. I finally found my "go to" Hair Dresser....Kellie was absolutely wonderful. My hair was a long mop, and she gave me my fav cut- layered. It turned out perfect. I am very pleased to say that ALL of the stylist are great here. My fav stylist that my family go to are roger or barb but the others are good also. There seems to be a language barrier with a vietnamese woman there but she cut my sons hair and it looked great. I strongly suggest using their call ahead service so that the wait isnt as long. This location is very proffesional and very clean. I was releived that it was well kept. Def not like some of the others i have been to. I strongly recommend this store.

The atmosphere was clean and presentable but the customer service left much to desire. my hair stylist lacked personability. I felt ignored during my one sided conversation and my hair ended up looking like a stooge after I asked for a professional look. Further more I felt that they were over priced for a shampoo and basic cut. After I was seated and scissor drawn i had to ask if there was a discount sinse she wasnt going to shampoo first. she then brought me to the sink in a snooty manner as if I was telling her how to do her job. My wife only had a couple inches taken off of her long, straight hair without shampooing first and still had to pay full price. As a first impression I like the place going in but not by the time I left. I do not plan on allowing a second impression.

I was hesitant to go to a super cuts just because of the reputation that they receive. however the salon was very clean and the stylist was knowledgeable, friendly,professional and gave me what i wanted. i would recommend this super cuts to anyone. They even do facial waxing and color! who knew?

Roger is very professional and cut my hair just as i asked and he even made suggestions! Ask for him!
