Founded in 1987, Sound Publishing is a newspaper publisher that offers printing and publishing services for a range of products, such as inserts, booklets, periodicals, newsletters and advertisements. It operates a prepress department that provides a variety of services, including imaging, digital proofing, graphic design and web press printing. It also offers freight services through its in-house fleet of delivery trucks. The company prints more than 20 community newspapers that include Review, Kingston Community, Port Orchard, Kitsap Free Daily, Journal of the San and Whidbey News-Times. The publisher has over 400 full-time employees in more than 10 locations and serves clients throughout Washington and northwestern Oregon.
