I love this vacuum! The young men who demonstrated the products were very nice and funny, and the vacuum amazed me. I spoke with the Sales Manager, who made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I have a dog and a cat, and this vacuum handles the workload so well, and picks up the fine dirt my old vacuum missed. I also have hardwood floors, and the floor attachment works a treat. I even discovered that the dusting tool is perfect for baseboards, windowsills, and lamp shades! Buy this, you will never regret it! Kelly H

Following a short phone survey, I received a call telling me I was selected for a free gift they would deliver if I would give feedback on a product idea. I made an appointment, then changed my mind. I could not reach them or any voice mail on two different phone numbers, or find any e-mail address to cancel the appointment.

Was not sure about seeing their product. Glad I did though! Plan on having and using it for years to come.

I saw a great presentation by a nice young lady the other evening. I didn't buy her product but she was really nice.

All I can say is thank you! I've never slept better!

Sound Air appears to be a reputable company. They actually gave me a Citizen watch for giving them a few referrals. Great follow through on what was promised! Definitely recommend this product!

I just received a delivery notice in front of door last night, and as I have been waiting for some items ordered online, I thought it was about them. But I am glad I decided to search about this company before calling them. It sounds like it is a sales ad.

They told me they were going to show me their product and drop off the gift that I picked out.......and guess what? Thats exactly what happened!!!!! I use the BBQ set they gave me every time I grill, and the product is amazing!

After taking a phone survey I was contacted a few day's later and was informed I was a winner of a free gift after being told what the gifts were and being asked to choose one, I said I wasn't interested in either of the gifts at which point the "gentleman" on the other end abruptly hung up until that point I was interested in what else he might have had to offer,just because I didn't either of the gift's didn't mean I wasn't interested. NOT INTERESTED NOW!!!!!

I am writing this review because when I went on line I read negative reviews on the company. I'm sorry people feel this way. I was treated with absolute respect and high quality customer service. Thanks Wayne, your awesome. They were extremely helpful and besides all that, my husband and I love the product. Kick them out. Promissed a gift for a one hour preentation. Two and one half hours later the Rep was still talking. Did not bring the gift promised. Brought two gifts I didn't want and left them for " colateral". I don't expect a call back to exxchange.

WThese people are all sugary-sweet if you answer their questions. But like one of the other reviewers, I just got another sugary-sweet call today telling me that I won one of 3 gifts. After she listed the worthless gifts, I said "no thank you" and she slammed the phone down on the receiver. If I do get another one, you can be sure I won't be answering anymore of their questions.

This company called and asked if I would answer a couple of quick questions for them or "take a quick survey with no obligations, not selling anything." I politely answered 3 questions and then started receiving numerous phone calls. Finally answered and they told me I won a prize. When I said, "Thanks anyway, not interested," the female salesperson became extremely belligerent, slamming the phone down. Place your name and number on the Do Not call registry. While this company will say they are allowed to call, because it's just a "survey," they are truly, in the end, selling something, so they can't call the numbers on the registry.

Initial sales call questionnaire where person spoke to husband, followed by several calls after that from someone trying to notify him that he had "won a prize" for answering the questionnaire. Husband chose a prize over the phone and set a day/time when "prize" could be delivered. No mention of having to sit through a presentation in order to receive the prize. The sales person showed up expecting to spend approximately 1 hour in our home, giving some sort of presentation of an air purifier. When told that we already had an air cleaner attached to our furnace and that we were not interested, sales person proceeded to tell us that it wasn't the same thing. For $998 I still don't know if he was selling a vaccum cleaner or what. After speaking to his office, he got into his car and drove away with our "prize". Later, we discovered a message asking us to let the salesperson into our home so that he could get paid $25 for the sales call. Very unprofessional way to handle a business:(

Not a business I would be interested to go further with. Train your calling agents for appropriate actions and reactions.
