i would give this company a negative score if possible. they are contracted with hopelink which transports medicaid recipients to medical appointments. they were scheduled to pick my mother up for dialysis on a sunday morning. the driver arrived 15 mins early and when my mother asked him to wait 10 mins so she could finish breakfast he refused and according to not only my mother but staff at the assisted living facility, was rude and told her she needed to leave right then or he was going to leave. which he did leaving her with no transportation. when i called the company the person i spoke to was totally unapologetic and instead called the driver for his version which she reiterated with the fact he was one of their best drivers. hopefully they will get dropped by hopelink if they have such terrible service for vulnerable passengers
