Stopped by for the first time yesterday and had the small bowl of Pho Tai Chin Nam (eye-round steak, brisket and well-done flank). Also split a Banh Mi Viet Nam (Vietnamese grilled pork) sandwich with my boyfriend. As Pho usually does, it came with a nice big plate of bamboo sprouts, fresh basil, peppers and lime wedges. I especially loved how much Basil we were given and how fresh the leaves were. The Pho was absolutely perfect and instantly me feel cozy and warm on this dreary, cold winter day feel. The sandwich was equally delicious and my boyfriend and I would have orderered a second had we not had so much soup before us! The bread was warm, toasty and chewy perfection and the meat seasoned perfectly. Just enough spice with the peppers in the sandwich, too. I'm salvitating now thinking of it LOL Paid our tab and met the super friendly owner. Will definitely be back VERY soon and recommend this place to others. I could see myself stopping by at LEAST once a week.
