I'm a DIY customer. Needed to buy 28 cubic feet of river rock. First customer there when facility opened. Huge delivery truck blocking customer parking spaces so I was asked to park across the lot. In the meantime a professional contractor pulled in and his vehicle got preference in a no-parking zone. He was assisted immediately. I waited 25 minutes and at no time did any of the four guys on duty ask if they might help me. The contractor stood there jawing with the salesperson, who ignored me. I sought out another salesperson who referred me to the yakker. Finally drove away. Will spend my $$ elsewhere. VERY different atmosphere from a year ago when I made three or four other landscaping purchases.
I was looking for the perfect stone for a landscape project and I found it at Pacific Stone. The customer service was excellent.
