My Bank account was completely cleaned out by an online purchase due to someone stealing my bank info. Two transactions were made back to back for over 3000.00. I was never contacted by Opus securety for the abnormally large purchases. This bank used to be Fullerton community bank. Fullerton community contacted there customers for any suspicious purchases. I tried to call Opus banks fraud security and got an answering service that said Opus bank cannot be contacted until normal business hours. This bank has the worse customer services for there customers and i can tell you I am dropping them just as fast as i can get this straightened out. This bank could care less.

I wish Opus Bank had Saturday hours. That would be of great convenience to those of us who work during weekday business hours. Please consider idea as most other banks offer limited Saturday hours at some locations. I am considering changing banks due to this inconvenience. I am a new customer. This is my only problem. Otherwise, I am happy with my service.
