I was in need of imitate repair on my car ,I didn't know what was wrong with my car I shopped around a little bit before I took my car to O N B Auto repair ,I'm so glad I went with O N B they didn't jerk me around about my vehicle Issues which a lot of places do. My Car was repaired in a timely manner and is running better the ever thanks you O N B Auto *****

I have used them several times, Dave Kerr was the service manager, and he and the whole experience was great. I did not feel I was treated unfairly and as a matter of fact I was treated excellent. I would recommend ONB to anyone who needs car repairs and not have to worry about getting ripped off.

I was referred to ONB by a friend who I consider very picky and he raved about them. I have to say, everything he said was an understatement! They fixed my vehicle (a Ford Explorer) that the local Ford dealer wanted almost twice as much to do the same thing and used Ford parts as well. My vehicle runs great and I received a very thorough explanation BEFORE the repairs were performed and the guys at the front counter didn't speak down to me, very honost and easy to deal with. Very clean organization. I will recommend to all friends & family and will return for my oil changes too. No more "quick lube" shops for me either. Thank you ONB!!!

I have been a client of ONB Auto for 3 cars and 1 truck which adds up to many, many years. I can always count on Mark and his staff to be more than considerate of my time and budget. The shop is always clean and tidy, the staff friendly and courteous and the job always well done and complete. I've recommended ONB to many friends and family and have never, NEVER heard a bad thing about the service received. It's nice to have an honest mechanic in these times and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

When I first moved to Everett area, I was working in Seattle with a commute ending around 10PM daily. My hairdresser recommended ONB, and was she ever right. They have done two different repair jobs on my 99 Mercury Cougar. Both times I needed and was able to borrow a loaner sometimes for a couple of days (once over a weekend) mostly because of my work schedule. Never a problem with their work at all. VERY RELIABLE

ONB Automotive is the best repair shop I have ever experienced. They have fixed many repair shop nightmares for me caused by other mechanics. I had my Ford Expedition at Brien Motors Ford from September of 2003 until February of 2004 because of a problem I was having with it. The same day I picked my SUV up when I got it home it would not turn off. I called everywhere and drove everywhere to get help, but no luck. At about 11pm that night I called ONB Automotive, the shop was closed but Mark's cell number was on the answering machine. I called it and he answered and gave me advice on how to shut my truck off. The next day I towed my truck into ONB. Mark offered a loaner car. They fixed my truck and I have never had any repeat problems with any of my vehicles since I have been using ONB Automotive. Prior to this incident I had taken the same truck to pepboys for a tune up and they put generic spark-plugs in a high performance vehicle. He fixed that problem for me as well. No comparison.
