I have spent 20 years unable to eat properly because the dentures that were made for me three times by three different clinics were so poorly fitted and uncomfortable. I was embarrassed to go out to restaurants because I could not chew my food well. After visiting Dr. Lana I finally have teeth that dont hurt and look beautiful. I enjoy eating all kinds of food again and have a new lease on life! I love my new dentures and feel deeply grateful to Dr. Lana for giving me back the ability to eat and socialize without fear and embarrassment. I recently went to Omni Denture in hopes of getting my smile back and I had an amazing experience at this practice. Dr. Lana is the most hardworking, gentle, compassionate and personable medical professional I have ever met. Her bedside manner is exceptional. She makes sure you are at ease and that all procedures are comfortable and quick. The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous and the clinic itself is absolutely beautiful! So clean, well maintained and top notch. My dentures came out great and I am happy to say I don't have to be ashamed to smile anymore. This was a very positive experience and I wish there were more dental professionals that had as much integrity and skill as Dr. Lana. I highly recommend this practice!

The only good reviews are here becouse i witness her asking people to write good reviews. this women needs to have her business closed, if people only knew what was going on in her clinic they would never go there. each visit i waited close to an hour to be seen, she used the term the staff is in training but thats not an excuse if you don't have my dentures done! i regret going there, and i believe that everyone should know that this women is after your money, and not the happiness of the clients . very disappointed!

Terrible service, Scary back alley looking building, and service that was rude and disrespectful. If I could give 0 I would right now. I will be reporting her to the Washington state medical board however! I am blown away at how Mrs. Hinkle consulted with my husband. She was mad at my husband for not signing a blank release form. Actually yelled at him and told him "WERE DONE HERE!" I was shocked and tried to mediate and she agreed and then continued to see him. We should have walked out! So she saw him and it went down hill from there. First off:You walk into the old run down Everett building and its a shared offices with a lawyer utilizing one of the rooms. In the middle of her office is the lawyers room. You see a reclining leather love seat that looks like it belongs in a nail salon and then rudely get told to put booties on your feet. Never in my life have I had to wear booties on my feet in a dentist office, unless we were headed into surgery. And if you are going to this place for surgery please RUN! There are so many other amazing talented, nice, non-psychotic Dr.s out there who will take care of you! She also refused to hold my husband dentures in her double gloved hands. She put them in a plastic bag and inspected them like that. How was she going to see his repairs needed if she wasn't going to touch them. She finished up with his consultation and said she would put in the information to take care of his repair and call him. She doesn't speak very good English which is fine, but she got very upset when we asked her to repeat herself. I may have misinterpreted her broken accent but I am sure she said she was going to call. She never did, now I know why.I went home and spoke with several others who have experience with her that was less then par. Her secretary lost their records and cost them thousands of dollars making them have to re-do all the x-rays and molds. I have also seen many reviews on Google that were just as disturbing. That's when I decided she was fired. But when I called on the phone to talk to the receptionist she said that she wouldn't be seeing my husband because he was rude. Excuse me? Rude? Because he wasn't going to sign a blank release form? I don't think so. Rude is this review! Rude is the next call to the State department and my health insurance to make sure she isn't charging for something she shouldn't be. I am now very worried that this woman has all our information! Its that nasty of a place! I have had orthodontic care for over half my life I know the difference!!!!You Dr are the rude one. You are taking advantage of people and treating them like lower class citizens because they don't take their shoes off and hang their coats up in your office. Or because their poor, uneducated and having a difficult time in life. That is my final conclusion of your services. Luckily for myself I am educated and know when something isn't right.

I recently have an unpleasant experience taking my mom to this dentist but since my mom is still a patient, I will wait to see if they rectified their attitude. Mom had a denture made by the dentist, she said it seemed a bit high and uncomfortable. The dentist did not like to hear that at all and said mom needs a surgery then if she needs any thing better abd rushed my mom to sign some papers so she can get paid. She immediately had a very unfriendly attitude towards us. I will come back in two weeks to give my final review after our last visit.

I have nothing but praise for Omni Denture, My entire experience was painless comfortable and enjoyable, Dr.Lana was was kind Friendly and educational. I Have my Smile back!!!,and for the first time in years nI am not embarassed to smile or eat in public.
