I mailed a package via certified mail in Oct 2005. A week later, when it still hadn't arrived, I called USPS, and was told my package had "never entered the mailstream"!! I spoke to the manager-owner of Mailboxes 'n More and he was completely unapologetic. He told me that "things get lost all the time." He refused to refund my postage (under $4). He told me that they stack all the certified packages in a pile and the mailman comes in and picks them up, and if they get lost, it's the mailman's fault, not the responsibility of the employees at Mailboxes ' More! I was astonished. He did not even say he was sorry about my package getting lost.
