Excellent customer service and assistance. Staff are patient, helpful and professional.

They don't answer their phones. What type of reputable business does not have a phone that is answered on a regular basis(every day). What type of reputable company does not have a Face Book page or Twitter. I know-one that does not want to be bothered with their clients after they take over their money. Don't use this company they have terrible Customer Services. As a matter of fact they have almost no Customer Services.
