My family (and friends) have done business with the owner JB of Evergreen Auto for OVER 30 years!! They have always done an excellent job at a reasonable cost. I really can not say much more than that!!

I have brought my truck in there a few times over the past couple years and I am very pleased with the work. What I like most is that there is no sales pitch. They tell you what they see, ways to correct it and at a fair price. They don't mind giving you a little bit of education and they even will show you the parts that they replaced before they throw them out. I live in Issaquah, Wa and will drive 40 miles to have work done. Worth it.

So far great experience, I left my jeep with them because of a noise I was hearing, they spent hours on it looking for something (also called me a few times to try to narrow down the issue to ensure they are not over looking anything & called me to say what the issue was, (a mounted item was taping the tail gate) Now another shop would have charged me for their time, Not these guys they called & said here is the issue & this will be no charge & have a great weekend. They will have a customer for life from my family now thanks guys

last year right before x-mas took my car in for a timing belt and ended up with over a 1200 dollar bill. merry x-mas to me....and now my car is messed up again.

The people who run this shop offer the highest service quality I've ever seen, plus great integrity. You can trust them! We have used them for something like 10 years now, and wouldn't go anywhere else. I cannot praise them too highly.
