The Doctor is a professional..the only thing i had a problem with was the front office. If you need to make a quick appt you either have to hold on the phone for over 2 hrs or drop in so they can notice you. And once you get hold of someone on the phone, get ready for an attitude voice. Not a good way to make the cllient feel welcomed or at ease taking their pet there.
Dr. Tom is a true professional who take the time to explain everyhting to the client. he is honest reliable and expectionally vet,that I would reccommend to those pet owners that want personal care and service
