This restaurant has only been open a few days. Very convenient to Boeing-Everett and the surrounding businesses and residences to the east of the Boeng factory. I tried their taco Meal for lunch - 3 tacos w/chicken and a side of rice and beans for $7.95, ordered to go. The food was well-seasoned and tasted very fresh; very good all around. The restaurant is very clean, nicely decorated and presents an atmosphere far better than the usual fast-food decor. The staff seems knowledgeble and well-trained, while the stroe itself is very organized and open. My order took less than 5 minutes to process before I was headed out the door to enjoy my lunch! First impressions are important, and I plan to go back soon. My only gripe - it would be nice to be able to order tacos asa astand-alone item, not as part of a meal. Sometimes I juist want to gorge myself on 5 or 6 tacos and nothing else! Overall, a good start for El Sabor de Chihuahua!
