Horrible customer service. Extremely long wait times while on hold. The Receptionists are rude most of the time. Horrible response time when leaving messages for Doctors. Horrible response time when making after hours emergency calls.
Very caring and very professional doctors. I am seeing Dr. Stoller, and many of my friends too, becouse he is caring, the same time he gives you chance to choose what plan you want to follow up. I ve seen other doctors from office, all are good. The staff is friendly, you feel like you not just a number, but a patient and everybody want to help you. Mila B

I love Dr. Stoller and all of his staff, he has been my families PCP for 13 years. Him and his staff always make us feel so comfortable in there office. He will take as much time needed with you, yet I have never waited more than 10 mins to be seen. I have had him call me personally numerous times to answer my very important questions and he has given my son permission to call him at anytime if he has questions about anything. My son will fight to have his medical assistant give him shots and will inform everyone how " when she does it you can't even feel it"Commenting on the last review, Its called an answering service for a reason. They are answering the phone so they get to eat lunch! Get over it! Geeeez!

If you call this number between 12pm and 1:30pm you will reach a woman who is the department's "Answering Service." She will not give out any information or even their fax number!!! The office would be better off with a voicemail recording.
