Had I known our instructor would be so unprofessional and unpleasant I would have gladly paid the more expensive fees to take the course with the Red Cross. The "boss" constantly belittled her elderly employee infront of the class, made rude remarks to her students and was just plain RUDE! If you want to sit for 5 hours and watch a movie and listen to someone rant and rave, by all means, this is the place you want to be!
