Mr. Gaul did a excellent job for me. When I came to him I had 2 arrests for domestic violence and was out of my home and vehicle. Our first hearing was on the DVRO which he got the commissioner to carry on as a temporary order instead of making it permanent. Our next hearing was the show cause hearing which he convinced the commissioner to have my former wife out of the house in two weeks and return my new BMW in four week.He also got me three days a week visitation with my daughter and kept my retirement accounts safe. With his guidance I got both criminal charges dismissed early. He got the court to dismiss with prejudice my former wife's attempt to get a permanent restraining order and now I get more time with my daughter than the industry standard for father's.
