Guy hit me and wanted to pay out of pocket. Brandy was very knowledgeable and able to accurately estimate the repair costs. This is pretty important when paying cash! Awesome communication all throughout the repair, and returned the car in way better condition than how I gave it to them (washed, vacuumed, cleaned inside and out.) I was referred to Bel Red from Brien Ford to get my ford 500 repaired. I have to say they made my bad experience better. My cars repairs turned out perfect and when I expressed my appreciation all the manager asked was to write a nice review for them. Thank you Bel Red you have a customer for life.

steer clear of these guys! they used to be brien ford auto rebuild. all's they did was change their name. they were never affiliated with ford, they just bought the rights to the name from brien ford. i brought my truck to them thinking that they were a ford authorised repair facility and i found out that they were not (the hard way). i needed the door repaired. when they removed the door, they cut the factory wire harness at the hinge point instead of just disconnecting it and pulling it through. upon reinstallation they used faulty crimp-on connectors that of course failed within three weeks of me getting the truck back. i had to have the entire wire harness replaced at the dealership to get it repaired properly. they actually left a greasy palm print in the paint job that obviously showed up. many defects in the clearcoat, grease and/or seal on my seats. don't let the guys up front fool you!, they have inexperienced people do the work. you will regret any job that they do for you.

Bel-Red Auto Rebuild is the best body shop around. I used to go to Precision Collision and even as a repeat customer there, I felt like lately they just try to crank the cars out fast, without looking over their work. I tried Bel-Red for the first time and was very surprised how great they were. While I was there I was lucky even to catch the owner who spent his own time going over my car with me. I could tell right away I had nothing to worry about. Rich walked me thru the shop and told me my car was a priority. He definately stayed true to his word. Since then I have had my daugher get her car fixed there and a few friends. They were all just as happy as I was. I look foreward to taking my cars to Bel-Red in the future.

Just took my BMW to Bel-Red in Everett. A friend of mine reccomended this shop after getting excellent work done on his car. The location is great and easy to find, right off 99. I learned that this is one of three locations. When I picked up my car a few days later I was very happy with the work they did. Even buffed out some scratches for free that they noticed, and detailed my entire car. I will tell all my friends and family about this great new shop. I know for a fact that this quality of work is hard to find in the Everett area.
