I offer support to help patients manage a variety of conditions including depression, anxiety, stress, grief and bereavement. I strive to be compassionate, understanding and caring. I have a special interest in healthy lifestyle behavioral modification. As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), I provide education to patients on ways to improve mood through nutrition.
