I called this company today for information on changing 2 locks. I found the man who answered the phone very pleasant and helpful. Felt the price was fair. They said someone could be there between 3-5 and he actually came before 2:00. I found the locksmith to be professional and courteous and appreciate that. I would recommend this company.
Called to have two locks changed. Small company. Spoke to the owner, who promised me a fair price and a good driver. Driver was a half-hour late due to a traffic detour, but compared to the other locksmiths who could only promise me a window of time for arrival (and then didn't show up anyway), this was a minor inconvenience. Nice guy, personable, quick, friendly. No hidden charges. Would DEFINITELY use these guys again. I rarely write reviews for companies, but after talking to four other companies who gave me the run-around, I promised these guys a good write-up if they delivered as promised, and they did. They deserve some legitimate good press when the other companies are probably getting friends and family to write their reviews. Local, family-owned, family-operated....I'd call them again.
We had a break in. After calling around we picked Masslock. Very happy! They where prompt and knowledgeable - had a great solution to repair our door and frame. Price was right. We would highly recommend.
