I had to go back to the everett auto gallery for a couple of minor issues, the guys there were super nice and helpful. they took care of all my concerns and needs. Brian the manager i dealt with in the past is no longer there. and the company fully apologized for the way things were handled on the day i bought the car. I would recommend this place now as these guys took my concerns seriously and addressed the situation properly. Sam the manager and Luis the salesman both treated me with great respect.

Have been here a number of times for some repairs on my car. The mechanic is friendly, knowledgeable and seems to be honest. I drive an older vehicle, so when I go in for a repair, he tells me only what HAS to be done and makes sure I want to put more money into it. That, to me, means a lot because I have been to plenty of shops that would love to charge me for anything they could. Will definitely continue going here, even when I do finally get something new.
