We called their corporate headquarters in Illinois and left a message with the receptionist, but never heard back from the company's management. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which reported back to us that the management never responded to them, either. We filed a complaint with the State Attorney General's consumer protection division in an attempt to get mediation. They wrote that Speed Lube never responded to them. They're obviously trying to wait a fragile 85-year-old man out. It's not just unsatisfactory, it's a scandal. My father hasn't been able to drive his car for over five weeks.
