I took my wedding dress in to be cleaned and preserved. When it was finished, I picked it up and took it home. The box was not sealed and the dress looked like it had just been thrown in the box. You couldn't see it through the window because there was tissue paper all around the dress. My husband called about it and the man was extremely rude and would not give him his name; he just said to bring it in. We took it in and the man did not even want to see the dress before saying he would redo it. He didn't think it was a problem that it had not been sealed but said he would put tape around the box to "seal" it. We asked for a refund and the man said that he didn't give refunds. He proceeded to yell at us in the middle of the store in front of another employee. He was completely irrational and it was impossible to talk to him about anything. We are disputing it on our credit card and informing the BBB of this incident. Do not take anything to Crescent Cleaners.
