- Our one and two bedroom apartments include water, sewer, parking, and 72 channels of basic television. Internet is available at a discounted rate through our sole-provider, WOW. Laundry facilities are open 24 hours with video surveillance for added safety. A community room is also available to rent for parties. The only pets approved to live at OrchardGate are fish – no other pets are allowed.

I have lived in the older and newer aprartments. For the price you pay and the room you get there is no comparison. I looked at 2 bedroom apartments across the Lloyd and you couldn't fit a kitchen table anywhere. There is no way 2 people could fit into the galley kitchen. Orchard Gate apartments are roomy, almost like a house.Ray is a great landlord and the laundry area is great because it is in the center of the complex. The only downfall I see is when the weather is bad, Rossenberger hill is awful. If you are looking for a nice, reasonable aprtment complex for a few months or long term, it is worth your while to check out Orcahrd Gate.I honestly have to give it 5 stars

We lived in these apartments for 2 years and they are great! They are very nice and roomy. We have lived in the 1 B\R and 2 B\R both are nice. Ray, the landlord, is very nice and does all of the maintenance himself. If something is not working correctly or broken he's there to fix it within no time at all. I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment on the West side to rent from here. The rent is very reasonable and the apartments are extremely worth the money.
