Provided by YPmobileVERY slow service and made what should have been a 20 min sit-down meal into an 1 and a half. The West Side Hacienda however is quite opposite

Provided by YPmobileThe food isn't good and it's expensive. Do your self a favor and drive north about three miles and go to Los Bravos, better food and much cheaper. When I went to Hacienda I got a chimichanga and they asked if I would like sour cream or guacamole and I requested the sour cream not knowing it was $1.50 more! I also got a meal for my son, the total charge was $19!!! Save your money and go to Los Bravos instead, you will be glad you did.

Provided by YP.comWanting to branch out from our favorite Evansville Mexican restaurant (Los Bravos), decided to retry the Hacienda (First Ave). Hadn't been there in quite some time. Tried their specialty, the wet burrito. Was disappointed in both the mediocre sauce and dry meat, and, after the fact, the bill. Have never been to a Mexican restaurant that charges a buck extra for a tablespoon size side of guacamole or sour cream. It is automatically topping the entree at our regular restaurant, and when the waitress asked if we would like either, my husband chose sour cream and I chose guacamole, never dreaming it was an "extra". She did not indicate there was a charge. Nickel and diming a customer won't win many friends, especially considering the size of the condiment offered. Not happy with the experience and won't be back.

Provided by YP.comI absoluteley love the new stuff, just added to the menu. The new pork sandwich is fantastic, lots of flavor. The new pork medallions were wonderful, and the chili was just what the doctor ordered. The frozen margaritas are the best in town. Try the steak, garlic mushrooms, creme straws, and the famous wet burritos. Ask for Jimmy he's the nicest server I've ever experienced. Thanks!!!!!
