I had to ship my LCD TV to them and they were great!!! THey fixed it and sent it right back to me and that was 2 years ago and it's worked like a charm since then.

Word of caution NEVER LET YOUR TV LEAVE YOUR HOME IF YOU CARE WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE. I had a very nice Phillips 52" LCD tv that I bought around Christmas at Sams and when I started having problems with it after only one month Phillips customer service recommended B&M Electronics in Evansville,IN. To make a very long story short they ended up scratching the glossy finish on the cabinet of my one month old $1200 tv; I contacted Phillips customer service and they basiclly said tuff luck and I knew B&M would not replace the cabinet so before time ran out I returned it to Sams, but since I bought it around Christmas I got a good deal on that tv now it is going to cost me an extra $300-$500 to replace it and no one seems to care.

I have used them once in 2007 and now in 2009, both times they were veryprofessional, picked up my new set and fixed it quickly and it's been workinggreat. Now I have another set to be worked on and the same people didan excellent job. I recommended B&M for all my electronic needs.

I have used them twice. No problems and price was reasonable. Some things are not worth fixing, and they have to charge for estimates.

They suck never go here!
