Our Properties are located within the Evanston City limits. All are within walking distance to a city park, and close to downtown. We offer a safe family friendly environment for your family. Children living in our parks attend North Elementary, Evanston Middle School and Evanston High School. School bus stops are located adjacent to the properties.
