As a professional event planner I was astounded by the lack of professionalism this company (I guess also known as Jay Welling Enterprises) showed during my sister's recent wedding. They changed the time they were going to show up and start several times during the week of the wedding. They were rude during the first contact with them at the site. They took 7 hours to set up something that would have taken an average vendor 45 mins to set up. They tried to refuse to sign the liability waiver for the site venue. They created a mess that one of their workers then tripped over and smacker her head on the floor. They were constantly on their cell phones rather than working. They left the cargo door open all day and let weeds and leafs blow in (making us sweep the entire venue the day of the wedding). They got into a shouting match with the father of the bride. Etc. Etc. Etc. Bottom line: Not a good use of money, patience or time to do business with them.
