Established in 1965, Chiaravalle Montessori School is a private school serving Cook County in Illinois. It provides classes to more than 350 students in prekindergarten through grade eight. Its building hosts a gymnasium, community room and stage, an art room, library collection and a public park used as playground. The school provides a wide range of programs based on individually focused education and social development, including full- and partial-day programs. Its co-curricular programs include elementary extended care program, for parents whose commitments require after-school supervision of their elementary school-aged children. It also offers an elementary after school programs that include single-subject explorations of topics and activities for elementary-aged children that meet once each week for six to eight weeks over three sessions each year.
