Bonnie A. Bowler is a family law firm serving Chicago, Illinois, located in Evanston. As a former Assistant State's Attorney in the mid 1980s in the child support enforcement division, I have prosecuted numerous parentage and child support cases in Cook County, Illinois. Since that time, I have developed my family law practice into protecting and defending the marital rights of persons in the Chicagoland and North Shore areas of Cook County, IL. Family law cases we handle involve: Divorce Parentage determination Custody / visitation Property division Spousal support Orders of protection Domestic violence defense Child support enforcement Family disputes should be civil and based upon a mutual understanding of the legal issues between both parties involved. I pride myself in maintaining a level of peace and courtesy among the parties and attempt to settle each case in a timely manner. I am available to practice in Cook County, including all of the branch courts in the entire Chicagoland area, as well as Lake County.
