Horrible, horrible, horrible. It took 5 months for them to finally tell my cousin they were going to turn him down for a re-fin on his home. Unbelievable! They kept me in underwriting, going back and forth with an exchange of information for three months, only to deny me. I lost my earnest money, and any confidence I had in SunTrust.
