Awesome Carpet Cleaning!!! Pet stains and odor removed!! Carpet looks Like New. Professional and Quick Service. I would Definatley use this company again.
You get what you pay for. I was very happy with their work. It may not be the best carpet cleaning in town but they get the job done & I will use them again. As far as price, goes you cant beat it! I had my whole house cleaned for $50, thats less then if you do it your self!
Superior is falsely advertising on their truck and in their ads that they charge "$49.95 Whole House Price Guarantee". That is false. That price is for 3 rooms and a hallway. It is an additional $10 per room. When Superior cleaned my carpets 10 days ago, they were no cleaner than before they came out. They were only here 20 minutes! The same man came back to reclean and he was rude and said there were stains and it would not come clean. I clean my carpets at least every 6 weeks and they were not that dirty. I asked for a refund since he stated he could not get them clean. They made a call and agreed to refund my money. Now, the secretary says they don't refund and the owner refuses to call me back and they refuse to give me the owners name. I even offered to have the owner come out and see their work, but have not heard from him. Owner, please refund my $93.40 and change your false advertising. Linda Powell 10/27/08
