I stopped in and was the first customer of the day over the weekend. I was told after making a purchase that I was not allowed to park my rig where I parked (mind you there was no employees around at all when i parked nor any other customers) and that I would be required to walk in the rain to pay for a purchase and walk back to my rig in said rain for no good reason ( due to the fact that I was the only person there) in order to pull forward and park where I was at all of the 10 mins it took for the ladies to unlock the front door and ring up my purchase. This made no sense and was a bit rude. I was considering changing to this business as my primary hay source but not gonna happen with rude employees. I work too hard for my money to hand it out to rude people. I may have felt different if someone would've asked if I might need assistance ,or said good morning prior to berating me for my parking place in the rain.

cheapest feeder crickets around! 20 for $1. But they aren't always in stock. better call before you head over. They have a nice assortment of things for small animals, and reptiles, even some stuff that I had to find online for our bearded dragon. But, nothing really for pet fish. I kind of expect that in a pet store and was disappointed when they didn't have it. Prices on products are competitive.

They need to open on time and according to their own hours posted. Don't show up five minutes late and then tell the customer waiting already that now they have to wait another 10 minutes so they can get set up.

Outstanding customer service! Good supply of products. I love taking my 5 yr old there to get our poultry and other supplies.
