I really like my health care provider at Wash Reg Family Clinic, but that's not enough any longer. I've had to call the clinic nearly every time my prescription has to be refilled (monthly) and there's usually a problem. They either loose the request from the pharmacy, say they didn't get it, or the doctor is out(?). This is a modern clinic, is there no one else on staff that can cover when one's health care provider is out? Not for 3 days earlier this year. Oh, and you get to learn of the clinic's policies, which change regularly depending on who you talk to. Thats comforting. Allegedly we must call in a refill through our pharmacy at least 24 hours in advance, and they won't fill certain things on Fridays. Currently, my refill request has been there for over 24 hours, now I'm being told that they require 48 hours, but a week would be better. I frequently have to make 2 to 4 calls per month just for this one refill. Save yourself, unless you have that kind of time.
