I was satisfied with the grooming my dogs received, but i had to drop them off at 8am and they could not be pick up until 3pm and they don't take them out for potty breaks, not even one. I think this is a very long time since i have small dogs and there is no way it takes this long to groom them. I took them to Prestige dog grooming in Eureka and they could get both dogs in and out in 3 hrs. my neighbor had several experiences with doggie spa and had to also drop her small dog off for 8hrs. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
