I Guess ZERO stars is not an option. Very disappointed in the five day (could end up being more) DELAY on delivery, after finding out the package had been 'redirected' to a mystery address in a town an hour away (one direction). We called, informed the decidedly unhelpful rep @ UPS that our package had not been delivered as noted on the delivery tracking ap., & she told us it would be looked into, & have a nice day. I asked to be directed to a supervisor, & was then told by a helpful PR rep that all would be resolved instantly with the local distribution center, who would call us back promptly. We then got a call from Frank, who informed us of how sorry they were that the package was mistakenly delivered to the "wrong address" -an address that seemingly came out of nowhere, certainly not the billing or the listed delivery address- & proceeded to tell us that the driver who misplaced it would be responsible for retrieving it & re-delivering it the very next day (today) first thing. Apologies on top of apologies. So, today came & went, without any call or delivery from the UPS driver. Still no explanation of where the box was put or dropped or handed off or simply gone. ABSOLUTELY NEGLIGENT & IRRESPPONSIBLE HANDLING FROM BEGINING TO END.

We have had them deliver a lot and never a problem. Today they show a package delivered but it didnt not arrive. We have checked everywhere. I suspect it was taken by the driver. It had on the package that it was a camera item, very expensive.
