Not happy with the service at all. When ordered they said it would take 8 weeks so I waited the eight weeks before I called. Like the previous review when I called they were clueless, the man who sold me the furniture no longer worked there and I could hear them yelling at each other in the background. They could not get into their computer on the weekend, because whoever ran the computer was not in and I was promised a call on Monday. In had to call back on Wednesday, because the call back didn't come, the man on the phone called someone and accidentally place me in on a conference call, so unprofessional. The furniture was still in transit and they estimated it being delivered to their warehouse in 2 weeks. I did get a call when the furniture arrived. When I went to pick it up they had me meet at the warehouse, no one asked for ID they just loaded the furniture. When I got home and unpacked it, I was not happy with the way one piece was made, going to call and see what they can do.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because It has taken me months to finally find furniture for my living room that I love, and I found a great oversized chair at Eureka Home Furnishings and they told me it would have to be ordered and would be here from 1-3 weeks, well this is week 3 and I hadn't heard anything so I called to check on it and the man on the phone was clueless, and said they hadn't received a confirmation for my shipment yet, and lets hope it shows up next week.So I said okay so it should be in next week then? cause you said 1-3 weks when I ordered it? his response was well I don't know if it'll be here next week, but we can hope it will be? Really??????? That's all I get is a hope! So frustrating! Don't say a tim frame if you really don't have any clue as to when it will actually arrive.
