As an added service to our diabetic and neuropathic customers; AFC is pleased to offer free annual foot screenings.. AFC is a participant in the nationwide "Lower Extremity Amputation Prevention" (LEAP) program. This brief, free examination will identify people with acute foot problems and/or potential problems.
