ORDERED MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING DRESS THERE, CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN AWESOME SO FAR. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY, THEY SUGGESTED STYLES AND PULLED GOWN, AFTER GOWN FOR HER TO TRY,NOT ONE TIME DID THEY MAKE ANY FACES WHEN SHE KEPT SAYING THIS IS NOT THE ONE, THEY WERE FRIENDLY , AND TALKING WITH US THE WHOLE TIME. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNEW ANSWERS TO ALL OUR QUESTIONS, THE STAFF MADE HER DAY OF TRYING ON DRESSES SO PLEASENT . DRESS IS ON ORDER , WILL BE HERE IN JULY.BUT WE HAVE BEEN HERE TWICE TO TRY ON GOWNS AND DEFINITLY RECOMMEND DESHOTELS ! WE LEFT T HERE WITH A SMILE AND VERY HAPPY WITH THE SELECTION OF DRESSES !

I bought my daughters Sr. prom dress there last yr. & was very disatisfied w/their service!First.of all the dress that she wanted they didn't have n her size...not a problem...they measured her & then we ordered her that dress & put down a deposit....she also put her name down as having that dress for Iota & Crowley Highs prom so that no one will have that same dress at both proms.Well my daughter & a friend of hers that went to the same school(CHS)were talking & giving descriptions about their prom dresses & even went 2 the dress website & low & behold they have the same dress...her friend ended up buying the dress that was in their store...her friend bought the dress after my daughter ordered hers & they never told her friend that that dress was ordered for another girl from CHS! They would not give us our deposit back! We had to choose another dress that she didn't particularly care for or like. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!!!

if they had a zero thats what deshotels would get! they are not about their customers and i will never do business there again!!! they gave me a quote on my dress and then when i went and it came i was going pay for it they tell me its about twenty five dollars more than it should have been. if that was the case before she placed the order she should have contacted me the one paying for the dress and let me know what was going on so you not in total shock when you getting ready to pay. then they never said it cost more for alterations and tried slapping on more money!!!! its crazy and they dont do business fair at all. the more reviews i read the more our stories sound alike. but i hate to let deshotels know; but i promise it will hurt yall in the long run because, with this keeps happening and people talking to more people yall will suffer! thats not how business is done its pretty crappy!!!!!!!!!!!
