Concerning the Prospect personnel at the Tampa airport: One star only because "No Stars" wasn't an option. When i retrieved my suitcase from the shuttle, a Prospect Services "red cap" tried to take it. I said to the man, "I have it" and placed the suitcase on the scale. Then the snarky man said, "If you want to do it yourself, you will have to go inside." Well, I was fine with leaving the world to the man. Why would anyone put up with that attitude, especially a healthy man strong enough to place his own suitcase on the scale? I was ready to tip the man but that common gesture cannot be associated with that "service" agent.Prospect will you care? Are you going to contact me regarding this problem with my experience at the Tampa airport?
