Their lack of communication and respect was just mind blowing. This company has stayed in service is only due to people not being notified until 3 days after they have their vehicle. I will never use them or refer them to anyone..

This is a horrible company. They LIE to you about what they will charge you for a move, up the price when it comes time to charge your credit card. They are HATEFUL and RUDE! No real customer service, I have never been spoken to in such a way when trying to do business with a company. So appalled. And come to find out, most of their reviews are made by employees and friends! Go with someone else, this company is horribly run and managed.

Imagine, 3am and you're locked out of your own car, its very scary, espacially a female alone. The Lady that answered, at 3AM!, was so very helpful. She, let me know approximately how much it would cost, and was pretty close to that, assured me I would be fine and that she would have someone there to help me as soon as she could, and she did just that! I tell you, at 3am, you can still make someone feel comforted over the phone that way? Ya need a metal!! Thank you B&B and to the over night Lady Tuesday night, I will definately use you again!!

I have used B&B for many years now. They are a very fair and Honest company. The first time i used them I was In a pretty bad car wreck and they came to tow my car. The driver was very kind and helpful. When I went to the office the girls were so sweet and again helpful.I have nothing bad to say about a company that actually seemed to care!

Have used this company on numerous occasions when car needed towing. Great service and friendly staff! Would HIGHLY recommend using this company.

Very crooked operation. They towed my wife's car when she ran out of gas. When I arrived on the scene to try to gas up the car, they wouldn't allow me to take the car. They didn't even offer me a drop fee. I followed the driver to the yard and they said that I had to wait while they impounded it. Then I could pay them 200 bucks to get it back. Needless to say, I wasn't a happy camper. To add insult to injury the owner said that she would've given me a discount if I didn't have such a big mouth. I guess I should have been more professional with them after they towed my car right from under my nose.

The drivers are super nice, the office people phone people are very rude and improfessional. A lady told me she was the supervisor when i threatened to talk to him. I asked the truck driver he named 3 people and none were her. i WILL be back tomorrow to speak with the owner or supervisors.

well my experience didnt start pleasant because i got towed. but when i called the girl killed me with kindness. i went in and i was lucky enough to get the same girl, jessica, and she immediately remembered talking to me. the office is clean and very updated. almost everyone was dressed nice. only one girl was frumpy and the typical impound personnel, robyn or roberta, something like that. my overall experience was professional and i would use them by choice next time.
Outstanding. Showed up immediately and charged a fair price. Very friendly folks too.
