I have found the staff to be professional and competent, been going there for several years now and have complaints as the quality of the cuts or the attitude of the staff. I would recommend.

I used supercuts on Willamette Street in Eugene. The haircut was solid and the Stylist (Nicci) was very helpful. I used Supercuts on Thursday past 6:30pm since it was close to my house. The stylist was very kind in that they directed me to all of their discounts and I didn't plan to get a hair cut initially, rather to check out their time schedule. I had phoned earlier and a spanish sounding woman answered and told me that they were open until later. I didn't realize how late until I arrived.I would use Supercuts again, I was told after my hair cut, that if I called in advance that they would expedite my hair cut. I will do so in about a month.

I have just fallen victim to the worst haircut of my life. I haven't been this embarrased since my older sister cut "half" of my hair when I was nine. I am going in to see if they will fix it, but jeez. If I wanted to look like I have mange I would have rolled around in a kennel for a week.
