River Road Park & Recreation, located in Eugene, Ore., offers a wide range of recreational facilities and services. Its Emerald park facility features more than 9 acres of wooded area, playground, wading pool, picnic tables and shelters, basketball court, multipurpose playfield and jogging trail.
