      I just happened upon this shop one day while driving the back way to work. I had recently been in an auto accident and had been procrastinating getting an estimate done for the fear of how much it was going to cost me. I decided on a whim to drive in. Not only was I surprised at how affordable the rate was, (They even gave me a discount for paying cash!) but the staff was so friendly and took the time to explain everything to me. I decided I should go get a few more estimates just for price checking. I was BLOWN away at how much the other shops were quoting! I went back to PCC and had the repairs done, they got them done for exactly what they quoted and returned my car back to me earlier than they had estimated. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work, the time it took, but most of all by the quality of people that work there. It is the only place to take your vehicle in Eugene!
