I went to the Valley River location. I showed up early for a facial, but she ended up being late by about 15 minutes. She did make up for it: professional, attentive, caring, relaxing, and she really seems to care about me as a client and person. And she said if I come back, she'll give me more care to make up for her time lost. I am going back. I would recommend Trina to anyone looking for a relatively decent price and excellent care. The products are kind of expensive, but worth it!

The best decision I ever made!

London Hair Studio Downtown is the most beautiful spa I've been to. The stylists are experienced and talented and the spa staff was able to address me skincare concerns as well as leave me feeling very relaxed after a great facial. It's been two weeks since I've been there and I still can't stop looking at my hair, skin and nails. They also use and retail wonderful product lines. This place is a great full service salon!!
