I had a great experience with all the staff at Keifer Mazda, i would purchase another car from them, and I will take my Mazda 3 there for service for the life of the car, an excellent service department.
They say anything to keep you interested but totally change their deal by the next day. We had a deal worked out, went back the next day and it was all forgotten. Claimed they would give us more for our trade than anyone else would and then offered half of the car's actual value. Do not trust any of these people especially the sale manager. I would not buy a lawnmower from these crooks! I do not appreciate someone who tells me something and then doesn't follow through with it. I refuse to do business with people like this and the public should know about their business practices.
