I have a direct yet nurturing style, engaging curiosity, and a deepening awareness of ones own perception of their internal and external world, and how that influences relationships with ourselves and others.I strongly believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for the work and processes we engage in together. By creating a safe environment to explore collaboratively, I help build a sense of confidence, honesty, and mutual trust with clients. My approach is grounded in authenticity, awareness, heart, humor and understanding, augmented by decades of training, education, and experience.
